คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor?s or Master?s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related fields). An MBA is highly preferred.
- 10?15+ years of experience in engineering operations, with at least 5?7 years in a senior leadership or multi-site management role.
- Advanced knowledge of engineering systems (HVAC, MEP, Power Systems), project management, and sustainability standards (e.g., LEED).
- Proven track record in managing large, diverse teams and executing high-value capital projects (CapEx).
- Excellent command of English for boardroom presentations and international stakeholder management.
- 10?15+ years of experience in engineering operations, with at least 5?7 years in a senior leadership or multi-site management role.
