Core Focus
General Affairs & Operations: Serve as the primary person handling general affairs, specifically tracking time attendance, and managing Visas and Work Permits.
> Payroll Process Administration: Execute and manage the end-to-end payroll process accurately and strictly within established timelines.
> Key Goals Indicators (KGI) & Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Timeline Compliance: Ensure all administrative tasks are completed on schedule (e.g., probation reminders, roster updates, and company announcements).
> Case Resolution Rate: Meet the target HR case responsibility rate (tracked via internal database).
> Data Integrity: Maintain 100% accuracy of all employee information records.
Detailed Expectations & Criteria
1. Employee Information Management
Accurately process basic employee information required for payroll completion.
- Record and maintain physical staff files and ensure proper hard-copy filing.
- Ensure absolute data alignment between physical staff files and the MyHR system.
- Ensure all supporting documents related to the payroll process are completely recorded.
2. End-to-End Payroll Processing
- Gather and prepare all necessary payroll data (including new joiners) in accordance with the monthly cutoff dates.
- Prepare the final payroll file on time and submit it to the supervisor for verification.
- Verify that the payroll numbers in the MyHR system perfectly match the manual payroll file before final submission.
3. Payroll System Management (MyHR)
- Master all payroll functions and modules within the MyHR system.
- Proactively monitor for system errors and coordinate with the system support team in advance to prevent processing delays.
4. Post-Payroll Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare all necessary post-payroll documents for each staff member and cooperate with Associates.
- Demonstrate clear knowledge of Social Security Office (SSO) and Tax filing workflows.
- Ensure systematic filing of all documents after the payroll process is completed.
5. Staff Welfare, Benefits & Relations
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of current company welfare and benefit policies across each property.
- Serve as the point of contact to answer employee inquiries regarding benefits.
- Collect and relay staff feedback, requests, or suggestions regarding company benefits to management.
6. Visa, Work Permit & Expat Administration
- Prepare and update basic information for non-Thai (expat) employees across each property.
- Keep all legal and visa-related document filings up to date.
- Manage timely renewals and processing for visas, work permits, and related administrative tasks.

- Able to communicate in English at an intermediate level or above.**
- Compliance & Legal Knowledge:
Strong awareness and understanding of labor rules, regulations, and compliance standards governing payroll, taxes, and SSO.
- Problem-Solving Skills:
Capability to resolve operational and system issues in a competent, logical, and highly efficient manner.
- Technical & Software Proficiency:
Advanced or solid working knowledge of basic Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel for payroll data) and experience handling HRMS/Payroll systems (MyHR or equivalent).
- Organizational Skills:
Exceptionally organized mindset to ensure all document filings (both hard copy and digital) are immaculate and obligations are met adequately.
- Time Management under Pressure:
Ability to work efficiently under strict deadlines and intense time constraints to ensure employee wages are processed without delay.
- Experience with MyHR or Hono system will be given special consideration.
