Front Office Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of Front Office and the total guest journey. This will be achieved by ensuring the Front Office team are coached, developed and led by example and adhere to YOTEL core values, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Brand Standards. *For the hotel opening, the Front Office Manager will be expected to set up all relevant Front Office related process / procedures and systems. The set-up of the department must meet the legislative requirements of Thai law. General support and guidance from the General Manager will be provided.

- Thai nationality. - Male or Female, age of 35-50. - At least 5 years' experience in the position of Front Office Manager or Front Office head. - At least 3 years experience in 250-300 rooms+ properties. - Fluent in English and Thai languages. - Familiar with lean organization. - Familiar with Opera system. - Strong leadership. - Good team player skill. - Creative and Authentic. - High-tech. - Fast reaction.
