- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Kids' Club, ensuring activities are safe, fun, and age-appropriate. - Develop and manage a calendar of engaging programs, including arts and crafts, storytelling, games, and themed events for children. - Supervise, train, and motivate the Kids Club team to provide excellent service and uphold child safety standards. - Foster a welcoming environment for children and families, addressing needs and concerns with professionalism and care. - Ensure all Kids Club areas, toys, and equipment are clean, organized, and meet safety and hygiene standards. - Collaborate with other recreation areas and departments to create family-oriented experiences across the hotel. - Manage administrative tasks, including attendance tracking, incident reporting, and inventory management. - Stay informed about trends in children's entertainment and incorporate innovative ideas into the program. - Ensure compliance with hotel policies and local regulations related to child safety and recreation.
