Primary Responsibilities:
1. Oversee storefront services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction.
2. Play a pivotal role in creating, developing, training, and evaluating personnel within the team, focusing on Human Resource Management.
3. Participate in employee interviews for team selection.
4. Develop Service Standards and conduct pre-service briefings to ensure smooth daily operations.
5. Provide recommendations on food and beverage items to customers, leveraging training to enhance the dining experience.
6. Take special care in curating and managing the beverage list, ensuring it complements the culinary offerings and meets customer preferences.
7. Ensure team members are knowledgeable about food, beverages, and raw materials, enabling them to offer accurate and enticing recommendations to customers.
Administration/Documentation:
1. Manage cashier duties and ensure accurate billing for all customers.
2. Handle paperwork including daily sales summaries, stock count sheets, purchase orders, and customer information.
3. Efficiently create and maintain a customer database utilizing available systems.
4. Manage reservations via phone and online channels.
5. Coordinate operations between the front and kitchen areas to maintain order and efficiency.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Open to all genders and ages. Thai nationality only.
2. Experience: Must have at least 5 years of experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager in a 2-Michelin-star restaurant or higher.
3. Language Skills: Fluency in English and Thai, with strong business communication abilities.
4. Experience with high-end clientele, VIP guests, and international fine dining standards.
5. Strong knowledge of Thai fine dining culture, luxury hospitality, and premium guest service.
6. Interpersonal Skills: Strong human relations and a pleasant personality to represent the company as a Brand Ambassador.
7. Service Minded: Hands-on management style with a genuine service-oriented approach to inspire and lead your team.
8. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
9. Positive Attitude & Passion: Enthusiastic, positive thinking, and passionate about your work.
10. Financial literacy: ability to analyze P&L reports, manage budgets, and optimize profitability.
11. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications management systems (Seven Rooms, OpenTable, etc.) and POS systems.

13. Personality: Mature, outgoing, and able to work well within a multicultural team.
14. Availability: Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and on a shift basis.
15. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
