- Lead and manage all hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, and Administration.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality guest services in line with 4-star hospitality standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and market positioning targets.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and operational standards.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop department heads and employees (approx. 200 staff).
- Drive guest satisfaction initiatives and handle escalated complaints effectively.
- Collaborate with affiliated business units to ensure alignment and synergy.
- Implement operational policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Report performance, risks, and opportunities to executive management
- Support brand development, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Participate in business expansion or renovation projects.
- Represent the hotel in industry events, partnerships, and community engagement.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Assist in crisis management and business continuity planning

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor?s degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 8?10 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 3?5 years in a senior management role.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, financial management, and revenue management.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems (PMS), financial reporting tools, and MS Office.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
