- Luggage Handling: Transport guest luggage to and from guestrooms, vehicles, and storage areas efficiently and safely. - Guest Welcome & Escort: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to the reception, and guide them to their assigned rooms. - Delivery Services: Deliver packages, mail, messages, faxes, and newspapers directly to guestrooms promptly. - Lobby Maintenance: Keep the driveway, entrance, and main lobby areas clean, orderly, and clear of obstructions. - Transportation Assistance: Coordinate and hail taxis, assist with valet parking, and help load/unload guest vehicles.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hotel guest services, front office, or a luxury customer service role. - Language Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English. Proficient in a 3rd language (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Arabic) is an advantage. - Attributes: Superb problem-solving skills, diplomacy, resourcefulness, and emotional intelligence. - Driving Credentials: Must possess a valid, clean local Driver?s License. - Driving Skills: Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles. Confident in maneuvering luxury or large vehicles.
