PCL Hospitality Co., Ltd. is seeking an experienced and commercially driven General Manager to lead dusitD2 Khao Yai, working within the standards and expectations of an internationally recognized hospitality brand. We are looking for a hands-on hospitality leader who can balance guest experience, operational excellence, commercial performance, financial results, and people leadership, while working effectively with the Owner, PCL Hospitality Corporate Team, and Dusit. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR: The ideal candidate will have proven experience in hotel or resort leadership, with strong exposure to Rooms, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, revenue performance, financial management, and overall hotel operations. The successful candidate should be: A strong and visible leader who can engage, develop, and inspire the hotel team. Commercially minded with solid understanding of P&L, budgeting, forecasting, revenue generation, and cost management. Experienced in delivering high standards of guest satisfaction and operational performance. Comfortable working within an international hotel brand environment, including brand standards, audits, systems, and performance expectations. Able to work collaboratively with the Owner, PCL Hospitality, Dusit, and hotel leadership team. Able to communicate professionally and confidently in both Thai and English, verbally and in writing. Ready to be based in Khao Yai, Thailand.
