Guest Service Agent

รายละเอียดงาน

1.Welcome guests warmly and provide professional and courteous service. 2.Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently. 3.Manage room reservations, room assignments, and guest registration. 4.Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. 5.Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. 6.Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled. 7.Handle guest payments, billing, and cashiering procedures accurately. 8.Maintain accurate guest records and update information in the hotel property management system (PMS). 9.Monitor room status and coordinate with Housekeeping regarding room readiness. 10.Follow hotel policies, procedures, and service standards. 11.Assist with other Front Office duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1.Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage. 2.Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Service is preferred. 3.Good communication and interpersonal skills. 4.Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage. 5.Service-minded, friendly, responsible, and detail-oriented. 6.Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays. 7.Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel PMS systems are preferred. 8.Able to work effectively as part of a team and handle multiple tasks.
