Key Responsibilities • Supervise hotel operations during the night shift to ensure smooth and efficient service. • Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, and other departments to maintain service standards. • Handle guest requests, complaints, and operational issues promptly and professionally. • Monitor hotel security, safety procedures, and emergency response during the night shift. • Ensure accurate room status updates, shift handovers, and daily operational reports. • Support night audit procedures and coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate reporting, where applicable. • Monitor compliance with hotel policies, brand standards, and operating procedures. • Assist in developing and implementing operational procedures and checklists for the hotel's pre-opening phase. • Support operational testing and ensure assigned areas are ready for hotel opening. • Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Office manager or management.

Qualifications • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred. • At least 3 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in Front Office or a supervisory role. • Previous experience in hotel pre-opening or opening operations is an advantage. • Good knowledge of hotel operations, guest service standards, and safety procedures. • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Honest, punctual, responsible, and able to work independently during the night shift. • Good command of English communication skills. • Able to handle guest complaints, manage unexpected situations, and work under pressure. • Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
