Perform routine maintenance and repair work on hotel facilities and equipment. Inspect and maintain electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning, lighting, and other building systems as assigned. 1.Carry out preventive maintenance according to the maintenance schedule. 2.Respond promptly to maintenance requests from hotel departments and guest rooms. 3.Identify and report equipment malfunctions, defects, and potential safety hazards. 4.Assist with troubleshooting and repairing technical problems. 5.Ensure all tools, equipment, and spare parts are properly maintained and stored. 6.Follow hotel safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). 7.Maintain records of maintenance work completed and report outstanding issues to the supervisor. 8.Coordinate with other departments to complete maintenance work with minimal disruption to hotel operations. 9.Assist external contractors with repair and maintenance work when required. 10.Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1.Vocational Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical field is preferred. 2.Previous experience in maintenance, building services, or hotel engineering is an advantage. 3.Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning, and general maintenance. 4.Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. 5.Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn. 6.Able to work independently and as part of a team. 7.Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays. 8.Knowledge of workplace safety procedures is an advantage.
