รายละเอียดงาน

1. To prepare lettering and backdrop for functions. 2. To create theme decorations for festival/season greeting including function required. 3. To perform any other duties set by hotel policies, management or his/her direct supervisor which are not included here above. 4. To prepare wording, lettering and backdrop for each function according to requirement. 5. To prepare decorations with required by banqueting and outlet activities. 6. To prepare the banner for function, promotion and group seminar. 7. Design and set up theme decoration for staff party, etc. 8. Ensure the condition and cleanliness of all operation equipments. 9. Responsible for the paper work and event order concerning artist requirement. 10. Attend training classes as scheduled by the hotel. 11. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene within the work place. 12. Start work on time. 13. Ensure the safety standard in the work place and knowledge of first aid is required. 14. Perform all given duties as assigned.
