- Always greet guests in a friendly and professional manner - Engage each guest as a unique individual and listen attentively to their requests - Perform accurate check-ins and check-outs of guests daily - Answer the telephone in a timely and professional manner - Listen to guest complaints or concerns and resolve their issue in a timely manner

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Able to work in shift - Good command of written and spoken English - Have a professional personality with good interpersonal and communication skills - Have a passion for service - Have experience in similar role for at least 1-2 years - Japanese or Chinese Speaking would be advantage
