-Check station bar before each service
-Responsible of area bar always cleanliness
-Equipment should be clean before service
-Set up bar
-Check equipment, glass ware etc.
-Wash and clean glasses ware
-Pick up store request
-Cleanliness coffee machine after each service
-Coordinate high standard by hotel procedure
-Maintain discipline and observed rules and regular.
-Ensure that all drink are uniform pattern, taste, correct and visual appeal before serves.
-Maintenance current knowledge of all drink list and wine list
