Customer relations officer to be responsible for 1. Provide guest suggestions and facilities. 2. Handling all enquiries. 3. Handling all guest complaints by phone and face to face. 4. Persuade guests to comment a positive review on Social Media. 5. Creating and maintain database for mailing lists. 6. Coordinate with other department as customer requested.
