? Bachelor degree in hospitality ? food & beverage, professional hospitality degree or hospitality management school or related field
? Minimum 2 years management experience with at least 5 years in Food & Beverage operations.
? Languages: fluent in English speak, read and write.
? Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
? Knowledge of computer skills, and hotel operating hardware.
? Able to train employees and conduct daily briefings.
? Act as a leader and motivate team.
? Strong focus on customer service standards.
? Good knowledge of safety & hygiene procedures
? Good skill in Financial, Operational, Marketing, Public Relation.
