- Male only (age not over than 35 years old)

- Can work as a shift schedule

- Work hard person, strong and good attitude towards work

- Hasing reponsibility and leadership

- Hasing knowledge in Cold Kitchen more than 1-2 years

- Knowing basic food hygiene and cooking standard

- Control and checking food item in Cold Kitchen

- Preparing food item ready to cook and make it proper

- Set up buffet line

- Can make and create new menu for Cold Kitchen

- Can make salad dressing, sandwich, canape etc.

- Can do vegetable and fruit carving
