- Develop and administer all activities and administrative procedures relating to Human Resources, which may include employee recruitment, retention, performance management, compensation, conflict management, and policy implementation.
- Manage organization?s compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
- Research and liaison with compensation/benefit providers and consultants
- Facilitate conflict management and performance management with supervisory staff
- Develop and maintain employee communication systems and materials
- Establish and maintain HR/employee management policies and procedures
- Develop, implement and coordinate employee orientation and ongoing education/training to foster positive attitude toward company goals
- Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems
