covering a full function of 4-5 star hotel operation.

for the hospitality service industry.

leadership and good interpersonal skill to deal effectively with employees at
all levels.
-Ability
to respond to guests efficiently and resolve issues.
-Working
knowledge of rooms management systems.
-Advanced
knowledge of Housekeeping process and procedures
-Hands-on
experience with the ability to work well under pressure
-Good
command of English communication skills and computer literate
-Must
be flexible with working nights, weekends, and holidays
