- Male/Female, age 28 ? 40 years.
- Diploma or degree in Tourism/Hotel Management or related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in restaurant or food & beverage services especially in 5 star hotel.
- Possess excellent communication, organization and management skills.
- Presentable personality.
- Proactive, team player and customer focus.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong food and wine knowledge.

Job Descriptions:-
- To carry out & supervise the day to day running and administration of Lounge operation.
- Ensure that high standards are delivered to the guests.
- Responsible for hiring and training new & existing staff, as well as handle staffing issues.
- Resolve customer complaints about food quality or services to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Monitor actions of staff and customers to ensure that health and safety standards, and liquor regulations are followed.
- Coordinate a wide range of activities and recommend appropriate solutions to restaurant problems.
- Perform administrative duties such as planning, organizing, staffing, payroll as well as responsible for Lounge profit and loss.
- Responsible for disciplinary actions, policies and procedures.
