Qualifications:-
- Male /Female, age 30 ? 40 years.
- Diploma or degree in Tourism/Hotel Management or related discipline.
- A minimum of 5-8 years experience in training for F&B staff or food & beverage services especially in overseas or 5 star hotel.
- Possess excellent communication, organization and management skills.
- Presentable personality.
- Proactive, team player and customer focus.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong food and wine knowledge.
