Responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans. Also manage both marketing and sales, perform managerial duties to meet the company's operations goals. - Developing sales strategies to achieve objectives for our event business including wedding, meeting and incentive as well as other private events - Managing the execution of specific initiatives - Ensuring successful execution of events through careful coordination - Establishing and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners - Preparation of sales activity reports and presenting to executive management -Driving product and business innovation with market insights The sales and marketing manager's responsibilities include generating unique sales plans, creating engaging advertisements, emails, and promotional literature, developing pricing strategies, and meeting marketing objectives. Represents the company's brand and drives strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.
