- Previous role as a Human Resources Manager in a similar quality hotel.

- Assists in the functions of Personnel Administration as well as employee welfare & benefit and all employee activities.
- Manages job posting through various mediums and manage resumes of applicants.
- Manages orientation & training program for employees.
- Oversees payroll administration and ensure a smooth and efficient process.
- Oversees employee relations, handle complaints, disputes and grievances.
- Assists in fostering a good working environment through good communication with employees.
- Regular reviews of rules & regulations and provide advice / assistance as necessary
- Participates in inter-departmental meetings and activities to meet goals
- Provides supports / facilitate in staffing (recruitment, selection, orientation, contracts, probation, termination, etc)
- Prepares documents to apply the Visa, Work Permit and 90 days report.
