? Assists in the functions of Personnel Administration as well as employee welfare & benefit and all employee activities.
? Manages job posting through various mediums and manage resumes of applicants.
? Manages orientation & training program for employees.
? Oversees payroll administration and ensure a smooth and efficient process.
? Oversees employee relations, handle complaints, disputes and grievances.
? Assists in fostering a good working environment through good communication with employees.
? Regular reviews of rules & regulations and provide advice / assistance as necessary
? Participates in inter-departmental meetings and activities to meet goals
? Provides supports / facilitate in staffing (recruitment, selection, orientation, contracts, probation, termination, etc)
? Prepares documents to apply the Visa, Work Permit and 90 days report.

7.Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
8.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
9.Knowledge of labor laws, company policies, and HR compliance standards
10.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems
