1. Partnering with HR Manager to determine staffing needs. 2. Screening resumes. 3. Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates. 4. Performing reference and background checks. 5. Making recommendations to the next interviewer. 6. Coordinating interviews with the HR Manager. 7. Following up on the interview process status. 8. Maintaining relationships with both internal and external staffs to ensure staffing goals are achieved. 9. Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process. 10. Staying current on the company?s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices. 11. Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations. 12. Completing timely reports on employment activity. 13. Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees. 14. Coordinating with the headhunter or recruitment agency to find the potential candidates.

1. Thai citizen. 2. Age up to 35 years old. 3. Able to work 6 days per week. 4. English literate. 5. Microsoft Office. 6. At least 3 years experience in HR Department in the luxury hotel or 2 years experience for HR Assistant Manager level.
