Job Summary As panthera continues to grow, we are looking for enthusiastic employees to join our team. The candidate will have to ensure proper financial reports and provide professional advice to the finance and accounting team. Job Description 1. Manage overall accounting activities, including monthly accounting book closing for various companies under Panthera Group. 2. Prepare managerial reports for the monthly board meetings and present key performance information to the CFO. 3. Prepare and review annual financial statements to ensure that they are complying with Thai GAAP & local regulations. 4. Liaise with regulatory authorities, external auditors, and joint venture partners to provide data and answer questions regarding finance, accounting, and taxations. 5. Perform quarterly business forecast, annual budget. 6. Review actual monthly business performance against plan and provide root cause analysis report. 7. Assist CFO for the development and implementation of new work processes, procedures, and policies. 8. To act as a Finance Business Partner for inter-department team. 9. Perform any other functions that are required by the CFO.

1. Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting 2. At least 5 years of experience in Accounting field, and minimum 2 years in senior level 3. Strong background in accounting standards and tax regulations. 4. Experience from auditing firm is an advantage. 5. Good command of written and spoken English. 6. Background from food & beverage industry is an advantage
