Manages day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis. - Handles complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others. - Supervises staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met. - Provides services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention. - Interacts with customers to obtain feedback on quality of product, service levels and overall satisfaction.

Previous supervisory experience in Front Office within the hotel/leisure/retail sector Good knowledge of Health and Safety and security procedures Calm, efficient and the ability to work well under pressure Excellent leadership skills and exceptional communication skills A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service Possesss strong commercial acumen, with experience in increasing profitability in a tight market sector Experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals and forecasting results in a similar sized property
