Restaurant Manager in Role, Function and Responsibilities; 1) Must have knowledge of food & beverage products. 2) Ability to manage a restaurants and bars. 3) Set standard of each branch. 4) Organize, Direct and Evaluate food and beverage service. 5) Must be able to prepare/check cost control.
