-Direct coordinate and set up all aspects of the financial and accounting function to ensure compliance with local accounting standards. -Maintaining internal controls over financial and operational process. Ensuring that standard operational policies and procedures. -Co-ordinating and preparing the annual budget including operating budget and capital expenditures budget. -Assist the F&A Manager in the monitoring of operation results. -Review all details of balance sheet for managed properties on monthly basis. -Review and update bank mandates reviewing minutes of meeting regarding corporate matteres. -Interpreting the financial statements and reports of the company/properties. -Review tax reports to ensure that tax submission is accurate and in the timely manner. -Review and verify documents concerning i.e Payment voucher,A/P,A/R etc. -Working with Treasury/properties in managing cash flow. -Providing leadership and managing the finance&accounting team effectively and efficiently.

1.Bachelor Degree in Accounting 2.At least 5 years experience in Finance&Accounting in hotel business or hospitality industry in highly regarded 3.Able to communicate in English 4.Have good administration and managerial skill 5.Have ability to work under pressure and commitment to success 6.Have skills in hotel accounting program, express 7.Have skills in advance excel
