Job Description : ? Monitors the operation and security of all computer hardware and ensure that it is operating properly; ? Serves as a primary contact for all servicing of computers, printers, etc; ? Maintains a sufficient inventory of all office and computer supplies; ? Maintains all hardware and software logs and ensures they are updated as per departmental working procedures; ? Maintains the documentation for all hardware configurations and inventories; ? Maintains the documentation for the telephone system configuration and all MPT lines; ? Understands all of the departmental working procedures and performs the related tasks as described; ? Carries out repairs and maintenance of all PCs, printers, telephones, interactive systems and key lock systems, etc; ? Maintains all user's access requests and authorisations; ? Responds to all users request and provide them with adequate support;
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
Qualifications : 1. At least 1-2 years full time work experience in related field for Bachelor Degree graduate; 2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; 3. Good interpersonal skill; 4. Self motivation and responsibility; 5. Able to work remotely during off-duty hours; 6. Strong team work ethic.
