- Maintain full knowledge of all beverage lists, promotions,
prices, and preparation methods
- Train staff on proper service techniques, wine list
information, and upselling
- Develop creative promotional activities to increase sales,
such as drink specials, happy hours, and themed events.
- Ensure that all food, beverages are prepared and served
in a timely, efficient, and consistent manner.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and
courteous manner.
- Perform opening and closing duties, such as stocking
supplies, setting up bar, and cleaning equipment
- Prepare financial reports, such as income statements and
balance sheets
