- Manage Tripadvisor, Google OTA account, and other review channels for hotels and restaurants - Coordinate with hotels and relevant teams to respond to customer reviews - Monitor and track the movement of reviews - Prepare monthly review reports - Perform assigned tasks

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Bachelor's Degree or higher preferably in Marketing, Business Management or related field. - Competent in Microsoft, PowerPoint, Excel and Presentation skills. - Exceptional writing and ending skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear, concise and compelling manner
