The Sales Manager is responsible for maximizing room, food & beverage, and event revenues from an assigned account portfolio, while proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities in line with the hotel?s commercial strategy and budgetary objectives.
This role requires a high level of self-motivation, strong initiative, and the ability to work independently in a field-based environment. The Sales Manager is accountable for driving business conversion, maintaining strong client relationships, and representing YOTEL professionally to enhance brand presence and market positioning.
The position supports the day-to-day sales operations of the hotel under the direction of the Director of Sales and The General Manager. Sales Manager will also deputize for the Director of Sales during their absence, ensuring continuity of commercial activities and leadership. At all times, the role acts as a brand ambassador for YOTEL, promoting the company?s values, standards, and quality image while generating additional leads and revenue opportunities for the hotel.

- Thai nationality.
- Male or Female, age of 30-45.
- Total 8-10 years' experience in hotel sales field.
- At least 5 years' experience in hotel proactive sales.
- Strong in corporate segment.
- Fluent in English and Thai languages.
- Familiar with lean organization.
- Strong leadership.
- Good team player skill.
- Creative and Authentic.
- Satisfied skill of admin.
- High-tech.
- Fast reaction.
