Reports to Cluster Outlets Manager 1. Breakfast operations - Take overall responsibility for breakfast operations from opening to closing. - Ensure smooth daily operations of the restaurant and buffet. - Conduct Pre-opening and closing inspections. - Monitor buffet presentation, food quality, freshness and replenishment. - Coordinate with the kitchen to maintain food availability throughout service. - Ensure all equipment is operational before service. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations. 2. Guest Experience - Personally welcome and interact with guest during breakfast. - Handle guest requests and complaints promptly. - Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues immediately. - Promote a warm, friendly and professional dining experience. - Drive positive guest feedback. 3. Guest survey and quality - Monitor guest satisfaction survey. - Follow up on guest comments and implement corrective actions. 4. Team Leadership - Lead, Coach and motivate the breakfast team. - Allocate daily duties and manage staff deployment. - Conduct daily briefings before service. - Monitor staff grooming, attendance, and performance. 5. Food Safety and Hygiene - Ensure HACCP and food safety standards are followed. - Monitor food temperature and storage. - Maintain cleanliness of buffet, restaurant and back of the house areas. - Monitor buffet consumption and reduce food waste.
