Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.

Minimum 10-15 years of Food & Beverage experience in a 4 or 5 star international hotel chain, with at least 2 or 3 years in a managerial or assistant managerial role.

Strong background in fine dining operations, including premium service standards, wine knowledge, menu familiarity, and guest relations.

Proven experience in banquet and event operations, including planning, coordination, execution, manpower scheduling, and post-event evaluation.

Demonstrated leadership ability with skills in staff training, performance management, and team motivation.

Solid financial understanding with experience in budgeting, food & beverage cost control, forecasting, and revenue optimization.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests, clients, and all hotel departments.

Strong problem-solving abilities and service-recovery skills to ensure guest satisfaction.

Proficiency in POS systems, banquet/event software, and Microsoft Office.

Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and brand compliance at all F&B outlets and event venues.

Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and public holidays based on operational needs.

Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering consistent, high-quality guest experiences.

รายละเอียดงาน

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets, with a strong focus on fine dining service excellence and banquet operations. The role ensures the delivery of exceptional guest experiences, effective cost management, and smooth coordination between restaurant and banquet teams. This position works closely with Executive Chef, Sales & Events, and other departments to uphold the hotel?s service standards and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management

Supervise and manage daily operations of all F&B outlets, including fine dining, bar, lounge, and banquet services.

Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service in accordance with brand and international luxury hotel standards.

Oversee banquet setup, execution, and breakdown for meetings, weddings, and special events.

Conduct regular inspections of outlets and event areas to ensure cleanliness, readiness, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

2. Guest Experience

Maintain strong guest relations by addressing service issues promptly and professionally.

Work closely with the culinary team to ensure menu understanding, product knowledge, and proper food presentation.

Ensure personalized and efficient service for VIP guests and special requests.

3. Leadership & Team Development

Lead, train, supervise, and motivate F&B supervisors, captains, and service staff.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide continual coaching to develop team skills and service standards.

Ensure adequate staffing levels and effective scheduling based on business needs.

4. Financial & Administrative Responsibilities

Assist in budget preparation, revenue forecasting, and cost control for food, beverage, and labor.

Monitor daily sales performance, implement upselling strategies, and support promotions.

Ensure accurate reporting, inventory management, and compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

5. Banquet & Event Coordination

Coordinate with Sales & Events to review event orders, client expectations, and operational requirements.

Oversee event setup, timing, service flow, and guest satisfaction throughout the event.

Conduct post-event evaluations to improve future operations and service delivery.

6. Compliance & Safety

Ensure all F&B operations comply with hotel brand standards, local regulations, and food safety requirements.

Monitor proper sanitation, hygiene practices, and workplace safety within all outlets and event spaces.
