Operation Collect the daily report, keys for assigned areas and sign in the logbook at Housekeeping and attend the daily briefing to update necessary information. ? Collect the cleaning supplies and proceed to the assigned areas. Also ensure that the trolleys are neatly packed and there is a sufficient stock before starting (E.g: Linens, Stationary & Amenities). ? Ensure that Guest Rooms and Checked-out rooms are cleaned as per Housekeeping standard and room supplies to be replenished are complete. ? Clean and daily maintain the room corridor- standing ashtrays, side table, wall lamps, etc. ? Maintain and clean the maid?s pantry, service area and staircases after every shift. ? Attend immediately to guests request as and when its needed and inform the Supervisors of the matter. ? Remove all dirty cutleries, crockery and trays from corridor and guest rooms. ? Complete any assignment promptly and correctly-cleaning of all public areas which is assigned. ? Ensure proper usage of all equipments, chemicals and cleaning utensils. Minimize the waste of chemicals. ? Make sure the garbage bags are cleared and discharged at the garbage areas after every shift. ? Report any maintenance defects to the Housekeeping?s Office or Supervisor. ? Ensure working area is kept clean and organized

Knowledge and Experience ? Primary school education ? Good oral proficiency in English language ? No experience is required, training will be provided Competencies ? Service oriented with an eye for details ? Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team ? Self-motivated and energetic ? Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
