Act as the senior manager on duty, representing hotel management during assigned shifts Ensure smooth operations across all departments, including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance Maintain high standards of guest service and address any guest issues promptly and effectively Conduct regular walks throughout the property to monitor service standards and identify areas for improvement Coordinate with various departments to resolve operational issues and ensure seamless guest experiences Handle emergency situations, including fire alarms, medical emergencies, and security issues Manage and motivate staff across different departments during the shift Make decisions on guest compensation, upgrades, or other concessions when necessary Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and relevant regulations Prepare detailed shift reports and communicate important information to the next shift and management Assist in training and developing staff across various departments Support revenue management efforts by making informed decisions on room allocations and rates during the shift
