Restaurant Manager (ผู้จัดการห้องอาหาร)

Minimum Requirements:

- At least 3 year experience in the position of assistant manager
- Strong supervisory and managerial skills and strong result oriented
- Strong in inter-personality skill
- Proficiency in English communication

- Develop & enforce standards, policies & procedures in the restaurants & beverage areas.
- Achieve departmental budget goals by maintaining efficient cost expenditure.
- Preparation of the yearly department budget by using history & forecasting techniques to develop an aggressive budget that reflects the outlets achievable capabilities.
- To ensure the efficient scheduling of management and employees.
- To develop and implement manager, supervisor training plans on a quarterly basis in conjunction with human resources department.
