- Supervise daily Front Desk/Guest Service operations and ensure service standards.
- Handle guest check-in/check-out, problem resolution, and VIP care.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, and other teams for smooth operations.
- Train and support Front Office team and ensure excellent guest experience.
