Front Office Manager (Sukhumvit 57)

- Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with the Comanche System is required.
- Strong focus on guest satisfaction and the ability to manage guest reviews.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and resolve issues efficiently.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.

- Supervise and lead the front office team
- Monitor and respond to guest feedback and reviews to improve satisfaction.
- Train and mentor staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage and analyze guest satisfaction metrics and implement improvement plans.
- Utilize the Comanche System to manage bookings, reservations, and reporting.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive guest experience.
- Handle staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and team development.
