Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager (Golf & Sport)

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.

2.Minimum 3?5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in golf clubs, resorts, or sports facilities.

3.Strong understanding of golf and sports event operations is highly desirable.

4.Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build client relationships.

5.Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English.

6.Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM or PMS systems.

7.Outgoing personality, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

8.Flexibility to work on weekends or public holidays during tournaments or major events.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Assist in creating and implementing annual sales and marketing plans for golf, sports, and leisure segments.

2.Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing golf members, event organizers, and corporate clients.

3.Coordinate and support the organization of golf tournaments, sporting events, and sponsorship activities.

4.Prepare propos.als, quotations, and contracts for golf and sport-related business inquiries.

5.Collaborate with the marketing team to promote golf and sport offers via online and offline channels.

6.Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify business trends and new opportunities.

7.Ensure accurate tracking of revenue, forecasts, and performance reports related to golf and sports sales.

8.Represent the resort at networking, trade, and marketing events when required.

9.Support the Sales & Marketing MAnager in achieving departmental targets and brand standards.

10.Maintain professional relationships with guests, partners, and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
