Steward Manager (รร.แกรนด์เซ็นเตอร์พอยต์สเปชพัทยา)

All genders, aged 30?45.

Minimum 5?7 years of stewarding experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Experience in 4?5 star hotels or international hotel chains is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of hygiene standards, chemical handling, safety procedures, and HACCP.

Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in shifts and handle high-pressure situations.

Good command of English.

Professional appearance and service-minded attitude.

Manage and supervise all operations within the Stewarding Department to ensure efficiency.

Oversee cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchens, kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishwashing areas.

Monitor waste management procedures, including separation and disposal following safety standards.

Control chemical supplies, dishwashing machines, and cleaning equipment usage.

Lead, train, coach, and evaluate Stewarding team members.

Coordinate with the Culinary Team and F&B Service Team to support smooth daily operations.

Manage resources effectively and monitor cost control within the department.

Prepare staff schedules and conduct regular training sessions on hygiene and safety.

Ensure compliance with hotel hygiene standards, safety regulations, and HACCP requirements.

Support banquet operations, buffet setup, and special events.
