Banquet Manager (รร.แกรนด์เซ็นเตอร์พอยต์สเปชพัทยา)

All genders, aged 30?45.

Bachelor?s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related fields.

Minimum 5?7 years of banquet experience, with at least 4 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.

Strong understanding of banquet service standards, table settings, event planning, and premium service protocols.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong communication skills, both with clients and internal teams.

Ability to work shifts and handle large or urgent events.

Good command of English (spoken and written).

Professional appearance with a strong service-minded attitude.

Oversee and manage all banquet operations including meetings, conferences, weddings, and special events according to 5-star hotel standards.

Coordinate with clients, sales team, culinary team, and F&B service to ensure seamless event execution.

Supervise banquet staff to ensure proper setup, service quality, and adherence to event requirements.

Understand client needs and recommend suitable event packages or setups.

Manage banquet equipment inventory including linens, glassware, silverware, and event tools.

Monitor cost control, resource allocation, and budgeting for each event.

Train and develop banquet staff to deliver excellent service.

Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with hotel standards in all event areas.

Handle on-site issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.

Prepare post-event reports, evaluate performance, and recommend improvements.
