We are seeking a tough, hands-on General Manager to oversee the operations, commercial performance, and financial discipline of rwo tourism businesses in Phuket. This role consolidates senior management oversight into one position, with a clear mandate to imporve profitability, enforce standards and identify inefficiencies while reporting directly to the owner

Responsibilities: Dual-Company Management (Eco-Tour Operations & Luxury Yacht/Charter Business)
- Reservations & Capacity Planning
- Sales Management
- Marketing Oversight
- Operations & Compliance
- Pre-Trip & Post-Trip Operations
- Finance, Cost Control & Purchasing Oversight

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Age not over 55 years old
- Mandatory experience in hospitality or tourism operatons
- Knowledge of marine or yacht operatons is strongly preferred; candidates without marine experience must demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and effectively
- Storng commercial and financial understanding with proven cost awareness
- Highly detail-oriented, disciplined and structured
