Banquet Attendant (พนักงานจัดเลี้ยง)

Qualifications

1.High school certificate or equivalent

2.Previous experience in banquets or food & beverage service is an advantage

3.Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards

4.Good communication and teamwork skills

5.Service-minded attitude with a positive and professional appearance

6.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

7.Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift banquet equipment

Key Responsibilities

1.Set up banquet rooms according to event orders (BEOs), including tables, chairs, linens, and equipment

2.Serve food and beverages during events in a professional and timely manner

3.Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of banquet areas before, during, and after events

4.Assist with event breakdown, cleaning, and resetting of function rooms

5.Follow service standards, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times

6.Coordinate closely with Banquet Supervisor, Kitchen, and other departments

7.Respond promptly and politely to guest requests and inquiries

8.Ensure proper handling and storage of equipment and supplies
