- Basic knowledge of food hygiene.
- Able to work in shifts.

- Prepare and cook burgers and fried foods to standard specifications.
- Prepare ingredients and assist in kitchen tasks as assigned.
- Control food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area and equipment.
- Follow kitchen hygiene standards.
