- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of F&B experience in a hotel or similar environment.
- At least 1-2 years in a supervisory role in F&B operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Solid knowledge of F&B service standards and operations.
- Understanding of cost control, inventory, and basic financials.
- Good problem-solving skills and guest-service mindset.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Support the F&B Manager in planning and managing daily F&B operations.
- Oversee operations of the all-day dining outlet, bar, and meeting function space.
- Supervise and coordinate F&B service and culinary teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure consistent service standards and guest satisfaction across all outlets.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service delivery.
- Assist in manpower planning, scheduling, and staff deployment.
- Train, coach, and develop F&B and culinary team members.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with kitchen, banquet, and other departments for seamless service.
- Assist in cost control, inventory, and stock management.
- Support implementation of promotions, events, and banquet functions.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food handling standards.
- Prepare operational reports and support administrative tasks.
