- Minimum 3?5 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage operations, including banquet or event management.
- Bachelor?s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
- Experience working within hotel, resort is preferred.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and staff development capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

รายละเอียดงาน

- Approve and oversee all booked food and beverage activities, including banquets, conventions, and special events.

- Identify, contact, and solicit past and prospective clients to secure banquet and event bookings.

- Prepare and manage client arrangements for events booked in person, by telephone, or through correspondence, ensuring all event details (attendance, menus, schedules, special requests) are accurately documented on function sheets.

- Create, develop, and price menus and beverage lists; oversee the selection of food and beverage products, condiments, linens, uniforms, d?cor, and equipment.

- Maintain close liaison with the Sales Manager and other department heads to ensure seamless planning and execution of conventions and banquet functions.

- Review and fully understand all function sheets to coordinate event execution and communicate expectations to all involved teams.

- Recruit, hire, train, develop, schedule, supervise, and, when necessary.

- Inspect function rooms prior to events to ensure room setups, menus, equipment, and schedules conform to function sheets and client specifications.

- Requisition and secure all equipment and supplies required for events, ensuring availability, quality, and compliance with client requirements.

- Develop and implement short- and long-range financial objectives for the Food and Beverage Department in alignment with property goals.

- Establish and maintain effective internal controls and standardize portion sizes to control food, beverage, and labor costs.

- Maximize revenue through proactive marketing and promotion of the property?s food and beverage outlets.

- Foster positive community relations and maintain an appropriate level of public and community engagement.

- Ensure all events are executed efficiently, meet client expectations, and uphold the property?s service and quality standards.
