- Oversee and manage all hotel operations in line with company strategy and brand standards
- Take full responsibility for the hotel?s financial performance, including revenue, profitability, and cost control
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and service quality standards
- Develop, motivate, and manage the executive and departmental management teams
- Act as the main liaison with owners and head office
- Drive sales, marketing initiatives, and the overall brand image of the hotel
- Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards
- Promote sustainable and efficient operational practices

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Minimum 8?10 years of senior management experience in the hospitality or service industry
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting, and financial management
- Proven leadership, people management, and strategic decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage complex operational challenges
- Good understanding of service quality, safety standards, and relevant regulations
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting, and financial management
