รายละเอียดงาน

- Manage and convert catering & event enquiries generated by the active sales team
- Coordinate with Operations, Kitchen, Banquet, Engineering, and Finance
- Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and BEOs
- Ensure all events are operationally feasible and cost-controlled
- Conduct site inspections and client meetings as required
- Support events from enquiry to execution follow-up
- Monitor changes to minimize operational risk
Maintain records and prepare basic catering/event reports

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Minimum 3?5 year experience in Catering Sales / Events Coordination / Events Sales within a hotel or serviced apartment
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and banquet/event execution
- Experience handling inbound leads and converting them into confirmed business
- Able to balance client requests with operational feasibility
- Good command of English and Thai
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and structured
- Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple events simultaneously
