- At least 2?3 years of experience in a Thai kitchen.
- Knowledge and skills in preparing Thai cuisine, including main courses and ? la carte dishes.
- Ability to prepare mise en place and cook according to established recipes and standards accurately.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and food safety standards.
- Ability to control food quality and taste in accordance with the hotel?s standards.
- Highly responsible, able to work well in a team, and capable of performing under pressure.
- Willingness to work in shifts and on public holidays.
